How do I download a file after purchase?
After completing your order, you’ll be redirected to a download page. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with a download link. You can also log into your account at any time to access your purchased files.
What file formats are included?
Each design includes:
– SVG (for Cricut, Silhouette Designer Edition, etc.)
– PNG (high-res transparent background)
– EPS (for Adobe Illustrator and other vector software)
– DXF (for Silhouette Basic Edition)
Can I use these files for commercial purposes?
Yes! Most files come with a Standard Commercial License allowing you to create and sell up to 500 physical end products. For high-volume or POD usage, please see our License & Usage page or contact us for extended licensing.
Can I get a refund on my purchase?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you experience issues downloading or using your file, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help resolve it.
Can I modify the SVG files?
Yes, you’re welcome to customize the designs for your project. You may edit colors, text, scale, or combine elements to fit your needs.
Do you accept custom design requests?
Currently, we do not offer custom design services. However, we welcome suggestions and trends from the community to help guide future releases.
What if I lose my files?
If you’ve lost access to your download or accidentally deleted it, just contact us with your order number or email address, and we’ll resend the files.
