These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of svgwave.com and any digital products or services offered through the website. By using our website or purchasing/downloading digital content, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
This agreement applies to all users, including casual visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
1. Use of Website You agree to use SVGWave solely for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property of SVGWave or others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
- Use the site to transmit malicious code or spam
- Copy, distribute, or resell our digital files without authorization

3. Digital Product Licensing Unless otherwise stated, all digital files purchased or downloaded from SVGWave include a standard commercial license. Under this license, you may:
- Use the files to create and sell physical end-products like shirts, mugs, prints, etc.
- Modify designs for personal or business use
- Use up to 500 copies per file (additional licenses required beyond that)
You may NOT:
- Sell or distribute our digital files in original or altered form
- Include our files in bundles, design kits, or marketplaces
- Use designs with print-on-demand services without significant modification
4. Refund Policy Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If a file is corrupted, missing, or not functioning properly, please email us for support within 7 days of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property Rights All digital assets, branding elements, and website content remain the intellectual property of SVGWave. Any unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution may result in legal action. Purchasing or downloading a file grants you a license, not ownership.
6. Termination of Access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access if we detect violations of these Terms. Violations may include misuse of files, account sharing, or illegal activity.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties All services and digital products on SVGWave are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no guarantees that our files are error-free or compatible with all software versions. Users assume all risks when using downloaded content.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, SVGWave is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption or software compatibility issues
- Errors in file download, file corruption, or misuse of design
9. User-Generated Content If you submit reviews, testimonials, or upload content to SVGWave, you grant us permission to use that content in marketing or promotional materials, unless otherwise requested in writing.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SVGWave operates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the appropriate legal framework in that jurisdiction.
